All holidays and weekends in December must be booked either all day or a 6 hour rental from 9-3 or 4-10. Reservations will be changed if not booked accordingly.

Rental Agreement Contract
Access: You will receive an email 24 hours before your reservation with a link to open the doors. Check your junk folder if you do not get the email. This link will only work during your reservation hours, no early entry can be allowed.
Once you have entered the building there will be a lock/unlock switch to the side of the door which you can use to leave the door unlocked.
Failure to lock the door before you leave will result in a $100 fine.
