Mona City Planning and Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Room of the City Building located at 20 W Center St. Mona, UT. Please contact the Commission secretary, Lori Henrie, at 435-623-4913, at least 1 week prior to the meeting to be placed on the agenda.
The Planning and Zoning Commission make recommendations to the City Council on building permits, accessory building permits, annexations, etc.
Any documents/plans that require an inspection (house/shed or other building plans) must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the meeting. All other paperwork must be submitted 1 week prior to the meeting for review.
