There are two types of subdivisions in Mona City: Minor & MajorMinor Subdivision RequirementsA minor subdivision is 3 lots or less and consists of no new roads. A minor subdivision application is required for minor subdivisions.

Major Subdivision RequirementsA major subdivision is anything more than 3 lots, or if new roads must be built. The process for a regular subdivision takes, at minimum, 3 months to complete. The process has 2 separate applications, both of which can be found below. Each of these applications must be met on and approved by the Development Review Committee and the Planning and Zoning Commission.
