There are two types of subdivisions in Mona City: Minor & Major

Minor Subdivision Requirements

A minor subdivision is 3 lots or less and consists of no new roads. A minor subdivision application is required for minor subdivisions.

For more information on minor subdivision requirements, please see Mona City Code 11-2-1.

Minor Final Subdivision Application

Major Subdivision Requirements

A major subdivision is anything more than 3 lots, or if new roads must be built. The process for a regular subdivision takes, at minimum, 3 months to complete. The process has 2 separate applications, both of which can be found below. Each of these applications must be met on and approved by the Development Review Committee and the Planning and Zoning Commission. For more information on the process and requirements for a major subdivision, see Mona City Code 11-1.

*The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. To obtain consideration for the agenda, complete applications must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the meeting.*
